Environmentally friendly, Low VOC paint applications available
Below are the general steps that will be taken for your interior painting project.
Items are placed in the center of the room and covered with drop cloths as necessary. Floors are also protected with drop cloths as necessary.
Surface holes, cracks etc. are filled, stains are sealed, and surfaces are scuff sanded as required.
Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied for a uniform finish.
Furnishings are moved back into place and the room/area is cleaned.
Our preparation work includes:
Floors, fixtures and furnishings are protected as required
Dust and vapour barriers set up to protect areas as required
Failing paint removal (bubbling / cracking / peeling) and area is repaired
Unwanted nails / screws / picture hanger removal
Filling / patching surface holes & cracks
Water damage stain sealing & priming
Interior paint application:
All surfaces are typically painted with two coats of high quality paint (Brand selection will be advised upon, with the final decision made by the customer)
A consolidated and labelled touch-up kit is left for the client upon completion of every job
We work to reduce the environmental impact of our work as much as possible. We keep the waste generated to a minimum; we recycle, reuse or donate any unused material and have low / no VOC paints available.
A final inspection is completed and leftover touch-up paint is labelled and left with the customer.
